Last night Ed Sheeran played a 6-song session on Max’s Capital Show.
The singer-songwriter, whose new album x shot straight into the UK charts at number 1, performed tracks from the record as well as a cover of 5 Seconds of Summer’s She Looks So Perfect.
Talking about his cover choice, Ed said, I think they’re really good. I think they’ve got great voices, I think the songs are good, I think their overall appeal is good. They’re actually a guitar-playing band who appeal to the boyband generation, but aren’t a boy band. They’re like Blink 182 or Green Day or Sum 41 rather than… I dunno.”
