Dido returns with new album Still On My Mind and 2019 world tour dates

Dido is making a long-awaited return to music with her new album Still On My Mind, released on 8th March 2019 through BMG.

Her first album in five years, Still On My Mind is the follow-up to 2013’s Girl Who Got Away. Dido has also confirmed a 27-date World Tour in support of the album, which takes place in 2019.

Her first tour in 15 years, it will start in Prague on 5th May and arrive in London on 30th May. In June Dido will embark on a North American tour. Tickets for the UK and Ireland dates go on sale this Friday (16th November).

Still On My Mind, available to pre-order now, was written and recorded in England with her long-time collaborator and brother Rollo.

“It was simple, I only wanted to make another album if it was with him,” says Dido. “It was made in such an easy way, all the vocals recorded on the sofa, a lot of it recorded at home”.

The album takes in Dido’s love of hip hop and her folk roots, but ultimately the entire record carries a dance and electronic music sensibility. The first track, Hurricanes, is available to download and stream now.
