Dido has unveiled the music video for Friends, the latest track to be lifted from her latest album Still On My Mind.
The video is directed by David Lopez-Edwards and it showcases Dido’s performance at her sold-out London Roundhouse show in May. Watch the video below:
“There’s been many people in the past who have said ‘you can’t do this’ and ‘you’re not good enough,” Dido says. “But when everyone’s back is turned I’ll get on with doing what I am going to do and then see how we all feel at the end of it. So part of it is ‘well, look at me now, I’ve done fine’. Success is the best revenge.”
In November and December, Dido will head out on winter tour, which includes a show at Hammersmith Apollo in London on 8th December. The jaunt follows her hugely successful spring tour.
