Thomas Rhett has released his new single Life Changes, the title track from his current album, in the UK.
The personal track starts out as an acoustic track before opening up into an anthem perfect for the arenas that Rhett regularly sells out. The track is Rhett’s 11th number one single in the US and has more than 45 million streams
Take a listen to Life Changes below:
Talking about the track Rhett says, “This song is basically my autobiography in three minutes. It covers my college years, marrying Lauren, becoming a dad and the evolution of my music career. It’s definitely the most personal song I’ve ever written, but we all go through a lot in life whatever the story is, so I think the sentiment is something a lot of people can relate to.”
Rhett has become known for blending Country, Pop and R&B. Since his first hit in 2012, he’s become one of the biggest stars in the genre. He’s won Male Vocalist of the Year at the ACMs and performed with artists such as Nick Jonas and Zara Larsson.
At this year’s CMAs, Rhett is nominated for three awards. The winners will be announced in November.
Rhett will arrive in the UK next month to perform at London’s Eventim Apollo on 17th November.
