Morgan Evans scores first US Country Radio Chart Top 10 hit with Kiss Somebody

Morgan Evans has scored his first US Country Radio Top 10 single with his debut US single Kiss Somebody.

Written by Evans with Chris DeStefano and Josh Osborne, Kiss Somebody is the first song to be taken from his forthcoming debut album with Warner Music Nashville. Adding more reasons to celebrate, Evans has two other songs he co-wrote in the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart – Hooked (Dylan Scott) and Young Forever (Eric Paslay).

At the weekend Evans topped off a busy week with a performance on the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage at Nashville’s CMA Fest. He also covered the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium for the BBC.

Prior to his CMA Fest appearance Evans performed at Pandoraā€™s Backroads event (5th June) helping a fan execute a successful marriage proposal, and he took to the stage at the CMT & Bar-S Block Party (6th June), HGTV Lodge (9th June) and SiriusXM Happy Hour (10th June). He also managed to squeeze in an exclusive fan club party (8th June) where he served his special margarita recipe known as Morg’s Margs.

Evans also released new track Day Drunk, which is available to download and stream now. If you caught him at C2C: Country to Country back in March, you’ll most definitely have heard him perform the track.
