Kip Moore has release his new single More Girls Like You on iTunes today.
The lead single from his upcoming project, More Girls Like You was co-written by Kip along with Steven Olsen, Josh Miller and David Garcia. The upbeat track is perfect for the summer and Kip’s distinctive husky tone drives the melody through to the final moments.
“I’ve never been that guy looking for a relationship and solitude has never scared me,” said Moore. “I’ve never bought into the societal pressure of following the A, B and C steps of life, but I still look forward to the family chapter. This song is about meeting that someone you find so amazing inside and out, that you can only pray the kids you have together are just as amazing as she is. That’s the kind of woman I hope to end up with.”
The new music comes following Kip’s extended vacation after years on the road performing live and the release of his acclaimed EP Underground.
Fans in the US can see Kip’s take on I Second That Emotion as part of Smokey Robinson: The Library Of Congress Gershwin Prize For Popular Song tonight at 9/8pm CT on PBS.
