Jason Aldean rocks the streets of Nashville for 2016 CMT Music Awards

Jason Aldean performed his new single Lights Come On during last night’s 2016 CMT Music Awards.

Being the huge star that he is, Jason performed outside the venue on a stage erected in the streets of Nashville. A huge crowd gathered to watch Aldean perform his newest hit Lights Come On, the first from his forthcoming new album.

Aldean didn’t manage to pick up any awards during last night’s awards, losing out to Tim McGraw in the Video of the Year category. He will headline tonight’s CMA Music Festival where fans can see him performing at the Nissan Stadium.

Last month Aldean kicks off his Six String Circus tour in the US which will run until early October taking in 27 cities.
