Granger Smith will release new single Happens Like That on Friday 19th May 2017.
The star announced the news on social media today where he also revealed the artwork (you can see that at the bottom of this article). Happens Like That will be available worldwide from Friday 19th May 2017 and it will impact on radio from Monday 12th June 2017.
Happens Like That was co-written by Granger with Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line, Jordan Schmidt, Justin Wilson and Andy Albert. It’s the first single from his upcoming new album, which is due to be released this autumn.
Discussing the single Granger revealed, “The song came from the idea that as soon as you sort of stop looking and are content with being single, that’s when the love of your life walks into your life. That narrative unfolded as all of us had lived it. It’s when we least expect it – it happens like that.”
Granger is embarking on his own headline but he will take a break from that in the autumn to go on the road with Luke Bryan on the Huntin’, Fishin’, And Lovin’ Every Day Tour.
