DC’s Legends of Tomorrow resumes its second season this week in the UK.
The latest episode saw the Legends arrive in Chicago, 1927 in search of Eobard (Matt Letscher), Darhk (Neal McDonough) and Malcolm (John Barrowman) who allied with Al Capone and created an aberration. Sara (Caity Lotz) and Martin (Victor Garber) were kidnapped by Eobard and Malcolm offered Sara an offer to change her past in exchange for the amulet.
Sara refused so Eobard took on Martin’s form to get onboard the Waverider and search for the amulet. Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) almost stopped Eobard from escaping and Sara surrendered the amulet for Martin’s safety. The timeline was corrected and Eobard showed Darhk and Malcolm that the amulet projected a map that could locate the Spear of Destiny, which is powerful enough to rewrite reality.
Elsewhere Mick (Dominic Purcell) started to have hallucinations of Snart (Wentworth Miller), who berated him for becoming soft. It was also revealed that Rip (Arthur Darvill) was working as a movie director in 1967 Los Angeles.
The next episode of the season is Raiders of the Art. A devastating time drift erases all Rip’s memories. As the Legends rally round, they find him in possession of something incredibly powerful.
