Xbox Games with Gold for February 2016

Games with Gold for January was another decent selection of titles, our pick of the bunch was Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

On Xbox One in February players can grab themselves a copy of Hand of Fate.

[quote]
Beyond the thirteen gates at the end of the world, the game of life and death is played. Draw your cards, play your hand, and discover your fate. Hand of Fate is a hybrid roguelike/action-RPG/deck builder, in which the player builds a set of cards into a deck, which is then used to deal out the dungeon floors through which they adventure. Upon entering a combat, all of the cards the player has collected fly into their hands as fully modelled 3D assets, and combat begins.

Also from February 16th – March 15th Xbox One players can grab themselves a copy of Styx: Master of Shadows.

[quote]
Styx: Master of Shadows is an infiltration game with RPG elements taking place in a dark fantasy universe. Guide the goblin assassin Styx through the vertical and multi-layered Tower of Akenash, home to the World Tree, source of the Amber – a powerful and magical golden sap – prowling through the shadows with aide of a host of special abilities refined throughout Styx’s 200 years of history.

On Xbox 360 (and Xbox One via Backward Compatibility) players can grab themselves a copy of Sacred Citadel until February 15th. This will then be switched out for Gears of War 2 which was one of our favourite games in the Gears series.

It’s always worth downloading a game even if you own a physical copy as you will then no longer need the disc. You could then give your physical copy to a friend or trade it in at your favourite games retailer towards something else.

EF will bring you news of the Games with Gold titles for March towards the end of February. In the meantime don’t forget to grab yourself copies of the games for January and then pick up the offerings for February as soon as they become available.

Remember you can still add all the games to your Xbox Live account even if you don’t own both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One!
