PlayStation Plus games for August 2018 announced

PS Plus featured another good line-up of games for PlayStation Plus subscribers in July. The highlights for us were Absolver and Heavy Rain on PS4.

PS Plus games always arrive on the first Tuesday of the month. That means that the next batch of free games for 2018 will arrive on Tuesday, August 7th. It’s a little longer wait that usual but it looks like it’s going to be worth it as there’s a great selection of games for PS4 players.

In August, PlayStation players can download at least two titles for each system. Players on PS4 can grab two fantastic games which are Mafia III and Dead by Daylight.

This month also brings two bonus titles – Knowledge is Power for PlayLink and Here They Lie for PSVR.

On PS3 the new games to add to your collection are Bound bu Flame and Serious Sam 3: BFE. Finally on PS Vita players can download Draw Slasher and Space Hulk. None of the games are compatible with Crossplay this month.

Before the new games arrive make sure you’ve added the titles for July to your collection before they disappear.

  • Heavy Rain (PS4)
  • Rayman 3 HD (PS3)
