PC Building Simulator set to leave early access in January

Have you ever wanted to build your own PC but didn’t have the courage to take the plunge? Well now you can do it from the comfort of your favourite gaming chair without the risk of blowing up expensive components or dealing with the necessary hassle of cable management with PC Building Simulator.

PC Building Simulator allows players to run their own PC repair workshop where they take care of everything from fixing simple upgrades to creating dream creations. There is also a Free Build mode where you can really go to town and create rigs that are out of this world. Players can choose from real world components from AMD, ASUS, CORSAIR, EVGA, Fractal Design, GIGABYTE, MSi, NZXT, Razer then see how it performs using a simulation of benchmarking software 3DMark.

You can check out the release trailer below:

Stuart Morton at The Irregular Corporation said:

“After a successful period of Early Access where we saw tremendous support from our community, we are excited to be starting a whole new chapter for the game now our core features are complete. By exiting Early Access, we hope to further expand the joy of PC building to as many people as possible.”

This game is definitely a niche product but given the success of the other sim games out there it wouldn’t surprise me if PC Building Simulator found its own market. It has already received over 5,000 reviews on Steamand has maintained a ‘very positive’ score overall.

If you want to pick up PC Building Simulator before it leaves Early Access you can either visit the Steam page or buy direct from the PC Building Simulator website.
