It’s finally official and it seems the rumours were true all along, Octane has been officially confirmed as the newest playable character in Apex Legends. Octane is available to play with now along with the launch of the Season 1 Battle Pass.

Octavio “Octane” Silva is a thrill seeker with metal legs. His activated ability ‘Adrenaline Junkie’ trades health for speed making him one of, if not the, most mobile characters in the game. His passive ability regenerates health over time once he’s spent a while not taking any damage. Meanwhile his ultimate allows him to place a launch pad on the ground which the whole squad can use to quickly gain the high ground or instant mobility.
The Season 1 Battle pass is also available now.
