Black The Fall, the dystopian, post-Soviet-inspired action-adventure influenced by classics such as Limbo, Another World and Flashback, is just three days – and a few thousand pounds – from hitting its target on Kickstarter.
Sand Sailor Studio, based in Romania – a country with few options for videogame development funding – quickly bagged a Staff Pick on Kickstarter, as well as the stamp of approval from Square Enix, having passed a Team Assessment before the campaign started.
Now the team is into its final push to raise the necessary funds to see them over the line and help them achieve their dream.
As well as the Kickstarter campaign, Sand Sailor Studio also previously ran a successful Steam Greenlight campaign, and if their funding target of £25,000 is achieved by the deadline this Friday, they aim to deliver the game in the Summer of 2015.
