Arrow Video FrightFest 2019 kicked off on Thursday night with opening film Come to Daddy.
The darkly comic film stars Elijah Wood as Norval, a man who receives a letter from his estranged father asking him to visit. Upon arrival things are tense and they quickly descend into chaos when a tragedy happens leading Norval to discover not everything is as it seems.
On Thursday night we were on the red carpet for a quick chat with the film’s director Ant Timpson, who makes an impressive debut with Come to Daddy, and actor Michael Smiley who plays the hilarious but unhinged Jethro.
