The teaser trailer for The Nun, the latest instalment in The Conjuring Universe, has landed and it’s pretty scary.
From director Corin Hardy (The Hallow), The Nun stars Demian Bichir (A Better Life), Taissa Farmiga (American Horror Story), Jonas Bloquet (Elle), Charlotte Hope (Game of Thrones), Ingrid Bisu (Toni Erdmann) and Bonnie Aarons (The Conjuring 2).

The synopsis for The Nun is:
When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the order’s unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun that first terrorised audiences in “The Conjuring 2,” as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.
The Nun has a screenplay by Gary Dauberman (It) based on a story by James Wan and Gary Dauberman. It’s executive produced by Richard Brener, Walter Hamada, Dave Neustadter, Gary Dauberman, Michael Clear and Todd Williams.

The Nun will be released in UK cinemas on 7th September 2018.
