The LEGO Movie enjoyed the biggest opening weekend of the year so far when it crashed into cinemas last weekend.
The movie, the first-ever full-length theatrical LEGO adventure, opened with £8 million topping the UK box office. In the US the film opened with a record-breaking $69.1 million and has become Warner Bros’ biggest-ever opening for an animated film.

The LEGO Movie is directed by Phil Lord and features an all-star voice cast including Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Charlie Day, with Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman.
