The stars were out in full force at the recent UK press tour for The Nice Guys.
Stars Ryan Gosling & Russell Crowe were joined on the red carpet by director Shane Black, producer Joel Silver and the young actress who steals the film, Angourie Rice for a retro 70’s themed UK premiere.
A day before, Crowe, Black and Silver were joined by co-star Matt Bomer for the UK press conference, taking place at the lush surroundings of The Playboy Club, London.
The Nice Guys is released in UK cinemas 3rd June 2016.
The film takes place in Los Angeles – 1977, when down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Gosling) and hired enforcer Jackson Healy (Crowe) must work together to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star.
During their investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the highest circles of power.
The movie co-stars Angourie Rice, Matt Bomer (Magic Mike, White Collar), Margaret Qualley (The Leftovers), Keith David (Community) and Oscar winner Kim Basinger (L.A. Confidential).
Shane Black (Iron Man 3, Predator) directed the film from an original screenplay he wrote with Anthony Bagarozzi. Joel Silver produced the film under his Silver Pictures banner.
