A new clip and featurette have been released from Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
The clip entitled Hanging Out features orangutan Maurice (Karin Konoval) and hints at the possibility that apes and humans could coexist peacefully. The featurette Caesar’s Story looks at Caesar’s journey to date and his future as a leader in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
The synopsis for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is: A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is released on 17th July 2014. Check out the new videos below:
