Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane appeared on The Graham Norton Show last night to promote the release of comedy sequel Ted 2.
During their interview with Graham, the pair were asked if the Thunder Buddy song, which was a highlight of the first movie, was ever considered for inclusion in the second movie. MacFarlane confirmed that it was discussed before Graham asked him and Wahlberg to sing it.
Ted 2 is the follow-up to 2012 box-office smash and sees Wahlberg and MacFarlane reprising their roles. Newlywed couple Ted and Tami-Lynn (Jessica Barth) want to have a baby, but in order to qualify to be a parent, Ted will have to prove he’s a person in a court of law.
Amanda Seyfried has joined the cast for the sequel along with Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman.
Ted 2 is released in cinemas in the UK on 8th July 2015.
