American Hustle leads Golden Globe winners

The 71st annual Golden Globe Awards took place last night in Los Angeles with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on hosting duties.

The big winner of the evening was American Hustle which picked up a variety of awards including Best Picture Musical or Comedy, Supporting Actress for Jennifer Lawrence and Actress, Musical or Comedy for Amy Adams. Another multiple winner was Dallas Buyers Club which won Actor, Drama for Matthew McConaughey and Supporting Actor for Jared Leto.

In the television categories Robin Wright picked up the award for Actress, Drama for her performance in House of Cards whilst Breaking Bad took the awards for Series and Actor, Drama for Bryan Cranston.
