Blue interview

Pop quartet Blue return to the charts today with the release of their new album Colours.

The follow-up to 2013’s Roulette, Colours sees Blue experimenting with a new sound and covering a handful of classic tracks. Lead single King of the World is a Motown-influenced track that is a departure from the pop/R&B sound that the band made their name with in the early 00s.

We caught up with Blue – aka Lee Ryan, Simon Webbe, Duncan James and Antony Costa – to talk about the new album, find out about their change in direction and to discuss their upcoming tour.

Colours is available now. Watch our video interview below:

I am passionate about everything any anything that involves music, theatre and the arts! I love interviewing artists and getting to learn more about them. When I’m not doing artsy things, you may find me watching rugby, singing with my choir and travelling to a new part of the world. Carpe diem.
