Fear the Walking Dead returned for its second season last week and things picked up after the tragic season one finale.
The group evacuated to Strand’s (Colman Domingo) boat Abigail when the military started bombing Los Angeles to eliminate the undead threat. Strand frequently clashed with the rest of the survivors and refused to help anyone else that they passed or came into contact with.
Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) tried to convince him to help save a small group that she had been communicating with on the radio but he made it crystal clear that he wouldn’t be helping anyone. Meanwhile Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie) struggled with the death of his mother and threw her body into the water during a funeral service held by Travis (Cliff Curtis).
Elsewhere Nick (Frank Dillane) discovered that there were walkers in the water and he recovered the ship’s logs from a capsized ship.
The next episode of the season is We All Fall Down. The group seeks shelter with a survivalist family. Madison (Kim Dickens) tries to uncover the family’s true motives. Salazar (Rubén Blades) works to uncover Strand’s intentions.
