This delightful romantic comedy starring Golden Globe® winner Keri Russell (TV’s Felicity), arrives on DVD February 3rd from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Based on the novel by New York Times best-selling author Shannon Hale, this Sony Pictures Classics film presents a modern twist on the timeless tales of Jane Austen’s romance novels. The imaginative story focuses on a woman named Jane (Russell), who is obsessed with the Regency era and the famed author’s fiction. Austenland premièred at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival and not only celebrates Austen, but also reminds us of her iconic work in the year (2013) that marked the 200th anniversary of her first publication of Pride and Prejudice.

Austen enthusiasts everywhere can explore Austenland further with the Filmmaker Commentary included on the DVD, featuring Jerusha Hess (co-writer of Napoleon Dynamite) in her directorial debut, as well as producer Stephenie Meyer (Twilight franchise). Also included is a cast Q&A on the making of the film, featuring the ensemble cast, including Keri Russell, JJ Feild (Captain America), Academy Award® winner Bret McKenzie (The Muppets), Jennifer Coolidge (TV’s 2 Broke Girls), Georgia King (TV’s The New Normal), Ricky Whittle (TV’s Single Ladies), James Callis (TV’s Battlestar Galactica), and two-time Golden Globe® winner Jane Seymour (TV’s Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman).

Austenland is directed by Jerusha Hess from a screenplay by Hess and Shannon Hale, and based on Hale’s novel.  It is produced by Stephenie Meyer, Gina Mingacci and Meghan Hibbett and executive produced by Dan Levinson and Robert Fernandez.

The raunchy and irreverent comedy The To Do List is available on DVD February 3rd 2014 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Class of ‘93 valedictorian Brandy Klark (Aubrey Plaza) wants to get “educated” before she goes off to college, so she assembles a “to do list” of all the sexual activities she missed out on in high school.Quickly realizing that she’s way out of her league, Brandy solicits her best friends, older sister (Rachel Bilson) and burnt-out boss (Bill Hader) for their help and advice. As Brandy crams for her sexual finals, a supporting cast of horny misfits— an orally-challenged classmate (Donald Glover) and a grunge-singing doofus (Andy Samberg) — eagerly offer their assistance and shocking mayhem ensues…

Written and Directed by Maggie Carey, The To Do List was produced by Jennifer Todd, Brian Robbins and Sharla Sumpter Bridgett. The executive producers are Mark Gordon, Maggie Carey, Bill Hader, Tracy McGrath, Greg Walter and Tom Lassally.
