Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) returned to Star City on the latest episode of Arrow.
Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) located Roy and held him hostage in a bid to get him to out Oliver (Stephen Amell) as Green Arrow. Thea (Willa Holland) suited up as Speedy to try and rescue him but her first attempt was thwarted by Oliver, who sensed she was letting her emotions rule her.
Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) took on Diaz and his men, managing to rescue Roy and bring him back to the bunker. Thea confided to Oliver that she wanted to leave town with Roy and as the two reconnected, they were being watched by a woman looking for the heir of Ra’s al Ghul.

Meanwhile Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) pretended publicly to be Laurel so that she could kept safe from Dinah (Juliana Harkavy). She told Oliver she was trying to change but that turned out to a double bluff as she was still working for Diaz.
The next episode of the season is The Thanatos Guild. Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) returns to warn Thea that a gang of ex-League of Assassins members are out to get her. Oliver reaches a startling realisation.
