Law & Order: Criminal Intent - Season 4 breaks new ground in the ever popular franchise created by Dick Wolf. This third incarnation of the proceedural drama manages to stay fresh and vibrant by also examining the point of view of the criminal. This style is unique to this branch of the show and it helps make Criminal Intent one of the better dramas on the box and one you won't want to miss.
