In the latest episode of The Walking Dead it was all about Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) and how he came to meet Eugene (Josh McDermitt).
It’s safe to say that the episode packed in a WTF moment towards the end when it was revealed that Eugene wasn’t a scientist and didn’t actually have a cure for the virus that’s turning people into Walkers. Eugene lied to get Abraham to help him when he had a close call with Walkers and carried on the lie ever since.
The rest of the group reacted with shock and Abraham reacted with his fists. Eugene thinks that Washington is the group’s best chance of survival but the rest of the group are wondering if they should turn back and reunite with the rest of their people.
The next episode of the season is Consumed. Cautiously, members of the group must venture into a familiar location on a heroic rescue mission. It’s a huge stage, but so are the stakes.
