True Blood isn’t afraid to make tough choices during its final season is it?
Last week’s episode saw a shootout end in tragedy when Alcide (Joe Manganiello) was shot and killed as Sookie (Anna Paquin) and her friends looked on helplessly. The only light at the end of the tunnel for anyone last week was Holly (Lauren Bowles) being rescued.
Elsewhere Maxine Fortenberry (Dale Raoul) was murdered during a face-off between the vamps and the anti-vamp mob, Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) decided to go after Sarah Newlin (Anna Camp) and Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) got ever closer to James (Nathan Parsons).
The next episode of the show, Death Is Not The End, sees Sookie delivering the news about Alcide to his family, Eric returning to Bon Temps and a rescue mission for the people still being held at Fangtasia.
