Suits has been renewed for a 16-episode sixth season it has been confirmed.
The hit legal drama, which airs on USA in the US and Dave in the UK, has recently returned for its fifth season and after only airing one episode the show has been given an early renewal. On its recent US return, Suits pulled in 3.4 million viewers (once DVR ratings were factored in) making it one of the highest performing shows on USA.
“Suits has set the bar high in every way and continues to be a strong performer and marquee property for USA,” said USA president Chris McCumber of the renewal.
Suits stars Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, Gina Torres, Sarah Rafferty, Rick Hoffman and Meghan Markle. Thew tells the story of powerful attorney Harvey Specter (Macht) and his brilliant yet unqualified associate Mike Ross (Adams).
Suits will return to the UK in August on Dave.
