ABC’s hit drama Revenge will come to an end after its current (fourth) season it has been confirmed.
Speculation has been rife for weeks that the show will be coming to an end following its current run. A recent plot twist (we don’t want to spoil it for UK viewers) has left fans and critics wondering where the show could go if it were to run for another season.
Revenge has struggled in the ratings during its fourth season and the deaths of several high profile characters haven’t been able to save it.
Talking to EW.com showrunner Sunil Nayar said, “We can officially tell our fans that this will be the end of the story. … We’ve been talking to the network and we all just wanted to make sure that we felt very confident.”
