Perri Kiely has been crowned the winner of Splash! 2014 during tonight’s live final.
As the results were revealed, the four finalists stood nervously by the pool prepared to dive in if their name was called. First to take was Dan Osborne who finished in fourth place closely followed by Keith Duffy in third place. That left Richard Whitehead and Perri Kiely left to find out their fates.
When Perri’s name was called out his Diversity bandmates jumped to their feet in the audience cheering him on. Perri looked visibly shocked as he was presented his trophy by mentor and coach Tom Daley.
Congratulations to Perri on his victory and well done to all of the finalists for doing so well in the series.
Will Splash! be back for another series in 2015? We’re not too sure as the ratings haven’t been stellar this year. We’re sure ITV will make a statement sooner rather than later on the show’s fate.
