X Factor contestant Paul Akister will make a special appearance on The X Factor 2015 live tour for its Manchester dates.
The singer who came 9th in the competition and narrowly missed out on a place on the tour, has been added to the line-up for the Manchester dates after his mentor Mel B stepped in. She spoke to the other judges and they all agreed that Paul deserved the opportunity to perform in his hometown.
Fans can see Paul performing on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd February (matinee performance) at Manchester Arena.
Talking about joining the tour Paul said, “I’m so excited to be part of The X Factor Live Tour. Performing in my hometown arena is a dream come true and I cannot wait to see everyone again”.
The X Factor 2015 tour kicks off on 13th February 2015 in Belfast and will travel to Aberdeen, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Brighton, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield with contestants performing classic songs and viewers’ favourites from the TV series.
