Modern Family’s sixth season kicked off in the UK this week and it’s lost none of its magic.
In the first episode of the new season Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) struggled to deal with Cam’s (Eric Stonestreet) affectionate ways after they returned from their honeymoon but didn’t have the heart to tell him. Gloria (Sofia Vergara) took issue with Jay (Ed O’Neill) not making an effort with his appearance and called his bluff.
Elsewhere the Dunphys enjoyed a fun summer together which was ruined the minute Alex (Ariel Winter) arrived back from summer camp.
The next episode of the season is Do Not Push. Jay and Gloria celebrate their anniversary but can’t decide on what kind of gift to give. The Dunphys, meanwhile, join Alex on her college tour.
