The fifth season of Modern Family will premiere in the UK on Sky 1 HD on Monday 17th February at 8pm.
The new season will open with a double bill – Suddenly, Last Summer and First Days – as you get reacquainted with the Prichett and the Dunphy families. In the first episode Phil (Ty Burrell) and Claire (Julie Bowen) try to orchestrate a kid-free week whilst in the second episode Luke (Nolan Gould) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) have their first day at high school.
For the fifth season of the show former Saturday Night Live writer Emily Spivey has joined the writing team. There’s rumours that a wedding could be in store for Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) following the US’ change in gay marriage law.
The box sets for seasons 1-4 will be available On Demand and through NOW TV from Saturday 1 February.
