CBB Day 8: tensions rise & Evander leaves

Day 8 in the Celebrity Big Brother house and the housemates were recovering from Jim Davidson and Linda Nolan’s latest row.

Linda confided to Luisa Zissman, Sam Faiers and Jasmine Waltz that Jim is a different man when he’s sober whilst Dappy is in the kitchen trying to convince Jim to ask Linda is she ‘likes him’. Just when it seems that Jim and Linda may be learning to get along she has a go at him for getting the tea towel wet whilst washing up.

In the Bolt Hole Lee Ryan told Casey Batchelor that he wants to chat with Jasmine when he returns to the main house but voices his concerns about her perception of him. In a frank conversation with Big Brother in the Diary Room, Lee tells them he knows they’re messing with him but he won’t walk.

Back in the main house Dappy and Luisa come to blows over his views of women. Luisa and Jasmine believe he has been disrespectful and the argument soon blows up rather fiercely. Evander backs Dappy but the rest of the housemates try to keep out of it despite the argument carrying on for some time.

Later on it’s eviction time and Liz Jones, Jim and Jasmine learn that they are safe from eviction. The final decision on who leaves is given to Lee and Casey who choose to send Evander home and keep Luisa in the house.

Upon returning to the main house Lee immediately picks up the conversation about his love triangle with Jasmine and Casey.

In the garden Luisa gets embroiled in another row this time with Lionel after saying the house was full of boring old people until Lee and Casey returned. Lionel takes offense and the two argue until Linda and Jim step in.

Before the day draws to a close Dappy apologises to Luisa and the two make up. Meanwhile in the smoking area Lee tells Jasmine he has strong feelings for her and she begins to cry. Uh oh!
