Current X Factor champion Ben Haenow will return to The X Factor stage for the second time this series on this weekend’s final.
Ben will perform his new single Slamming Doors on Saturday night as part of the grand final celebrations. He appeared on the show during the weekend of the first live shows where he sang his single Second Hand Heart.
Ben says, “I’m so excited to be going back and performing on the X Factor final. I was in the same position as the contestants this time last year and it’s crazy to be going back this time and doing an exclusive performance of my new single. Expect a little surprise too! :)”
Slamming Doors is taken from Ben’s self-titled debut album, which entered the UK charts at number 10 on its release. It was co-written with Amy Wadge (Ed Sheeran) and Jim Duguid (Paolo Nutini).
Other performers confirmed for this weekend’s X Final final include One Direction, Adele and a collaboration between Little Mix and Fleur East.
