Rebecca (Mandy Moore) and Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) threw separate parties for the kids on the latest episode of This Is Us.
Randall only had a few people turn up for his party whereas Kevin and Kate drew a larger crowd. Kate’s best friend Sophie arrived and quickly encouraged all of Kate’s friends to leave her party and join Kevin’s instead, leaving Kate on her own.
In the current day Randall (Sterling K. Brown) had an important project to bid for but was interrupted by William (Ron Cephas Jones), who wanted to learn how to drive now he’d stopped having chemo.
Kevin (Justin Hartley) spent a day with Toby (Chris Sullivan) and realised that he was still in love with his ex-wife Sophie (Alexandra Breckenridge). Out of the blue he turned up on her doorstop hoping to reconnect with her.
Meanwhile Kate (Chrissy Metz) was told by her doctor to enroll in a fitness camp instead of having weight loss surgery. Toby dropped her off and Kate was surprised when a worker at the camp hit on her.
The next episode of the season is I Call Marriage. Toby throws a wrench in Kate’s plan; Anxiety takes hold of Randall’s family; Jack and Rebecca receive devastating news; Kevin examines his romantic past.
