Further casting has been announced for the forthcoming West End production of Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
The show, which opens at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane on 25th June, has cast Nigel Planer as Grandpa Joe, Clive Carter as Mr Salt, Jasna Ivir as Mrs Gloop, Paul J Medford as Mr Beauregarde, Iris Roberts as Mrs Teavee and Myra Sands as Grandma Georgina.
These new additions will join Douglas Hodge who was cast as Willy Wonka a few weeks back.
The production will be directed by Sam Mendes. Further casting will be announced in the coming weeks.
