Suits 6×15 Quid Pro Quo preview

Mike (Patrick J. Adams) had trouble getting his class action suit off the ground on the latest episode of Suits.

Having agreed to do the groundwork and file the suit via the legal clinic he worked at, Mike saw his loyalty called into question when Oliver (Jordan Johnson-Hinds) suspected that Mike may be trying to work his way back to Pearson Specter Litt.

With Oliver’s help, Mike found enough evidence to launch multiple lawsuits against Velocity Solutions and he confronted CEO James Palmer (Scott Lawrence). During the heated exchange Mike named PSL as co-counsel, something Harvey (Gabriel Macht) asked him not to do.

That admission not only got him in trouble with Harvey, it also pushed him into a battle with Nathan (Peter Cambor) who also questioned Mike’s loyalty and reprimanded him for bringing in a case without permission. Mike relocated himself and Oliver to PSL so they could work with PSL’s associates to firm up the case.

Meanwhile Harvey was less than impressed to learn that Craig Seidel (Michael B. Silver) hadn’t been honest as to why he wanted the lawsuit creating. He had claimed Velocity Solutions stole his technology but it was revealed that he was in on the original deal. As a strike back, Craig approached Mike and told him if the case wasn’t settled quickly, he wouldn’t honour his promise to vouch for him with the bar.

Elsewhere in the episode Donna (Sarah Rafferty) continued working with Benjamin (David Reale) to perfect ‘The Donna’, and Louis (Rick Hoffman) enlisted Katrina (Amanda Schull) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) to help impress a client but it backfired.

The next episode of the season is Quid Pro Quo. When Mike’s class action hits a snag, it might cost him more than the case. Harvey, Louis and Rachel consider getting their hands dirty. Donna and Benjamin seek an investor.
