If there’s two things we can’t stand in life it’s Pitbull and Akon. Having plagued the charts with songs that are so offensive to the ears we’ve considered cutting them off, the two ‘artists’ have teamed up for new single Shut It Down.
Shut It Down is the same song that Pitbull has been releasing for the past 12 months. Thick beats and repetitive rapping ensue throughout. Add to that Akon’s tuneless singing and you’ve got a real stinker of a record. The only redeeming thing about the song is that is ends after almost four minutes of irritating beats.
We have nothing more to say on this song. As for Pitbull and Akon – well Pitbull can disappear and Akon should stick to writing and producing songs for other people. Has music really come to this?
