Vance Joy has announced that he will be playing two intimate shows at London’s Omeara on 30th and 31st October 2017.
The Australian singer-songwriter recently released new track Lay It On Me. The video for the single features actress Angela Sarafyan (Westworld) and is directed by Mimi Cave (Sylvan Esso/tUnE-yArDs).
Lay It On Me is the first new music from Joy since his debut album Dream Your Life Away.
“I had this guitar riff I had been playing for ages but had never found a home for. When it was glued together with a lyric I had in my phone, ‘everything starts at your skin,’ the song started to make sense.”
Dream Your Life Away spawned the hits Fire and the Flood, Mess Is Mine, and the platinum selling single Riptide
Tickets for the shows go on general sale at 9am on Friday 28th July 2017.
