Following the recent news that Take That is now a trio following the departure of Jason Orange, the band has confirmed the details of their new studio album III.
III will be the band’s first album as a trio and is due for release on 1st December 2014. The album’s lead single is the uptempo These Days, released 23rd November, which sees Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald sharing vocal duties.
For III Take That have teamed up with a variety of producers including Greg Kurstin (Lana Del Rey – Ultraviolence, Lykke Li – I Never Learn, Katy Perry – Prism), John Shanks (Take That- Beautiful World, The Circus), Stuart Price (Take That – Progress, Madonna – Confessions on a Dance Floor, The Killers – Day & Age) and Jeff Lynne (ELO, Paul McCartney – Flaming Pie, Regina Spektor – Far, Tom Petty – Into The Great Wide Open, Travelling Wilburys – Travelling Wilburys Vol.1).
III is the first Take That album since Progress in 2010 which saw Robbie Williams reunite with his former bandmates.
