Little Mix have unveiled the audio for their new single Black Magic, due for release on 10th July 2015.
Black Magic is the first single to be taken from the group’s upcoming third album. It was written by Ed Drewett and Camille Purcell, and produced by Norwegian duo Electric. The track is an uptempo fun pop number with a call-and-response midsection and a catchy chorus.
The music video for the track, which is an homage to cult horror movie The Craft, will be released on Friday 29th May 2015.
Black Magic is the first new release from Little Mix since their last single Salute, from the album of the same name, in 2014. Since forming on The X-Factor in 2011, Little Mix have release albums DNA and Salute and scored number 1 hits with Cannonball and Wings.
The group has achieved success in the US, Australia and Japan, and they broke the Spice Girlsā long-held record of highest debut US chart position for a UK girl group in the process.
