BGT stars Richard & Adam sign record deal

Britain’s Got Talent’s operatic brothers Richard and Adam Johnson have signed a multi-album deal with Sony.

The Welsh brothers will release their debut album on 29th July. During their time on Britain’s Got Talent they received a standing ovation for their performance of The Impossible Dream.

Speaking about being signed they said, “We are so ecstatic to be signed with Sony Music. We absolutely love singing and want to bring classical music to all ages through our voices and debut album.”

Their manager Jonathan Shalit commented, “When I first saw Richard and Adam audition on BGT with their wonderful tenor and baritone voices I was beyond excited. The beauty of their harmonies is quite extraordinary and gave me flashbacks to the Righteous Brothers ā€“ who of course were not actually Brothers which Richard and Adam are.”

Richard and Adam hail from Holywell in North Wales. They credit their grandmother for introducing them to the world of classical music.
