Amsterdam Dance Event reveals dates

The Amsterdam Dance Event, ADE, has revealed when it will take place in 2016. The world’s largest club-based festival and conference of electronic music is set to take place between 19th and 23rd of October. The event will welcome over 375,000 people from The Netherlands and the rest of the world for its 21st instalment.

ADE director Richard Zijlma commented: “ADE has developed into a platform where every aspect of the global phenomenon that is dance music culture comes together. It is fantastic to see that Amsterdam has become a global destination for both music lovers and the music industry”

For the past 20 years Amsterdam Dance Event, launched by BUMA (the dutch collection management organisation) has become a platform for international dance scene. Each year the festival and conference continues to grow and develop. Last year alone the festival featured 2289 artists, which performed across 100 venues and more than 500 speakers taking part in the various conferences.

The Amsterdam Dance Event takes place from the 19th to 23rd of October, 2016.
