Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini & Thomas Rhett lead CMT Music Awards nominations

The nominations for the 2017 CMT Music Awards have been unveiled and Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini and Thomas Rhett lead the pack.

The awards are voted for by the fans and they will be hosted by Nashville star Charles Esten on Wednesday 7th June 2017. Keith, Kelsea and Thomas have all picked up four nominations each.

Carrie Underwood has picked up three nominations along with Florida Georgia Line, Lauren Alaina and Luke Bryan.

Artists with first time CMT Music Awards nominations this year include Brett Young, Chris Young, Jon Pardi and Midland.

Fan voting is open now at CMT.com and continues until 12:01am ET on Monday 5th June 2017.

Performances at this year’s awards will come from Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett. Additional performers and presenters will be announced soon.
