Josh Turner has released the lyric video for his new single Hometown Girl.
Due for release on 31st May 2016, Hometown Girl is written by Marc Beeson and Daniel Tashian. The song finds Josh singing about the virtues of a girl who choses life in a small town rather than a big city.
Hometown Girl is Josh’s first single Lay Low, and is the lead single from his upcoming sixth album. Following the disappointing chart placement for Lay Low in 2014, Josh has pushed back his album which is now expected at some point this year.
Josh’s last album Punching Bag was released in 2012 and spawned the hit Time is Love, which peaked at number 2 on the US Hot Country Songs chart.
