Xbox Games with Gold for November 2015 details

Games with Gold for October provided another decent selection of free games for Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners who subscribe to Xbox Live Gold.

Starting from November 12th, when the new Xbox One dashboard launches, all future Games with Gold titles for Xbox 360 will be playable on Xbox One via Backwards Compatibility. This means Xbox One owners will now get double the free games to play each month.

On Xbox One in November players can grab themselves a copy of Pneuma: Breath of Life.

Pneuma: Breath of Life is an intricately designed adventure/puzzle title that challenges players to delve into the mystery of consciousness and discover the power of one’s own decisions. Beautifully rendered – yet utterly sparse – environments convey a sense of lonely wonderment, while a minimalistic soundtrack helps set the stage for exploration and discovery. This is an utterly solitary game, but one that will leave you thinking, questioning, and wondering long after it’s over.

Also from November 16th – December 15th players can grab themselves a copy of Knight Squad.

Knight Squad, an action-filled, medieval-themed multiplayer party game with one goal in mind: Kick as much enemy butt as possible. You pick your representative knight, then face off against up to seven other players in a series of top-down, bird’s-eye-view arenas, in several different game modes – including deathmatch and a modified “soccer” mode, where you have to kill the other team to get to their goal. Part Bomberman, part Castle Crashers, Knight Squad is nonstop thrills for a party weekend.

On Xbox 360 (and Xbox One via Backward Compatibility) players can grab themselves a copy of DiRT 3 up until November 15th which will then be switched out for Dungeon Siege III.

Novembers selection provides a lot of variety and the Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility is fantastic news for Xbox One owners.

Remember it’s worth downloading a game even if you own a physical copy as you will then no longer need the disc. You could then give your physical copy to a friend or trade it in at your favourite games retailer towards something else.

EF will bring you news of the Games with Gold titles for December towards the end of November. In the meantime don’t forget to grab yourself copies of the games for October and be sure to pick up the offerings for November as soon as they become available.

Remember you can still add all the games to your Xbox Live account even if you don’t own both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One!

What do you think of this month’s offerings? Are you happy about the Backwards Compatibility news? Let us know in the comments below!
