Gadget Show Live gets Indie Games Zone

Gadget Show Live is launching its first ever Indie Game Zone in support of the thriving independent development community in the UK. Eight indie games developers will exhibit in the zone and gamers will have access to exclusive content.

Gadget Show Live will host the public debut of MagNets from Total Monkery. West London Games will be demoing TerraTech with all-new content never been seen before. Opposable Games will also be featuring brand new content for Salvaged. Panic Barn will showcase Tika Taka Soccer – a new football game for touchscreen devices; Sock Thuggery will feature a turn based retro shoot ‘em up in true 80s side-scrolling arcade style; Projector Games will be showing the PC version of FortressCraft, one of the best-selling digital games of all time on the Xbox 360, White Paper Games will demo Ether One, a story offering two distinct paths for gamers to choose from, and Bumpkin Brothers will have Space Farmers, a two player co-op game for PC, Mac and Linux.

The Indie Game Zone will be situated in the Gadget Show Live Game Zone, powered by KICK Energy, which offers visitors world first plays of Evolve (2K Games), Transformers Universe (Jagex) and Sniper Elite 3 (505 Games), interactive stage sessions, mass gaming, tournaments, YouTube superstars, prizes and much more.

Xbox One will be at the show with playable code for Titanfall, Plants v Zombies, Forza Motorsport 5, Call of Duty Ghosts, DOTA 2 and Assassin’s Creed. And Plantronic is hosting mutiplayer tournaments for Minecraft, FIFA 2014, F1 2013 and Injustice: Gods Among Us.
