Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders heads to cinemas for one night

The classic 1960s Batman TV series starring Adam West and Burt Ward became a worldwide phenomenon that still holds a special place in the hearts of Bat-fans everywhere. DC are now releasing a new animated movie based on the 60s exploits of Batman titled Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders.

The movie is coming to cinemas nationwide for one night only on 17th October. Once again starring the legendary Adam West (Batman), Burt Ward (Robin) and Julie Newmar (Catwoman), this will be an evening not to be missed!

The film will also be available on Blu-ray and DVD 7th November and Digitally from 24th October.

It’s back to the 1960s as Batman and Robin spring into action when Gotham City is threatened by Batman’s most-evil opponents – The Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman.

The four Super-Villains have combined their wicked talents to hatch a plot so nefarious that the Dynamic Duo will need to go to outer space (and back) to foil their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City.

Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders pays homage to the original Batman series, reuniting Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar as they reprise their roles as Batman, Robin and Catwoman.
